(Tue) Ikoma Ladies English Club
10:00am. Every other Tuesday at Ikoma Chapel
Fall Session Schedule: 9/16, 9/30, 10/14, 10/28, 11/11, 11/25, 12/09
Join our twice a month English lessons for ladies. After the English class, there is a talk about child rearing, family matters, and teachings from the Bible. Please contact us if you have questions or if you would like to volunteer to teach English or watch children.
Fee: 800 yen per lesson
10/05 (Sun) My Lunch Day in Ikoma
On "My Lunch Day," NO LUNCH will be served at Ikoma Chapel. Please take this
opportunity to go out and enjoy fellowship with your friends and family! Chapel
will be available for anyone to use.
10/13 (Mon) Softball
10:00-12:00 Baseball-Ground at Ide-cho, Kyoto
Please join us for this sports day. There is no fee, and sign up is not required.

Movie: PRINCE CASPIAN
On May 21, Japan welcomed the premiere of Disney's second installment from their adaptation of CS Lewis' famous Chronicles of Narnia series. It is scheduled to be released on DVD in Japan on Nov 21.

The Japanese translation of Jerry White's book on devotions, Fellowship with God, has been printed.
If you would like to buy one for a Japanese friend, they are on sale at the reception counter.

This is a Japanese translation of the Answers in Genesis children's picture book about dinosaurs; a great present.

Olympic figure skater have been featured in advertisements for POWER FOR LIVING. Chapel has ordered
many of these books and if you are interested, please enjoy a free copy.

The Chapel office sends Chapel-related announcements to members by e-mail. If you have not been
receiving them, please e-mail to the chapel office (icm@kcn.ne.jp) and ask to add your name to
the mailing list. Also, please make sure that it is informed of any changes in your contact information,
either phone number or e-mail address.
Parking in Ikoma
Due to the increase in attendance at Ikoma Chapel, the parking
lot is very crowded. Unless you have small children, please use the upper
parking lot by the Mobil gasoline station. In addition, car pooling and
riding the Chapel bus would also be very helpful.
