12/24 (Sun) - Christmas Programs There was lots of music, message on the meaning of Christmas, and special lunch with desserts. 08/13 - Baptism at Friendly Hall
10 new believers were baptized. Beforehand, some gave a short testimony on how the Lord saved them from their sins. If you are interested in getting a copy of their testimony (sorry, Japanese only) please contact us. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed fellowship while eating shaved ice "kakigori."

08/05 - Kyoto Chapel Cleaning Day
Many brothers and sisters gathered together to spruce up Kyoto Chapel. Afterwards, we enjoyed a relaxing time eating ice cream sundaes. |

08/12 - Kyoto Chapel Second Annual Summer Festival
It was a good time to meet the people that live around chapel and the school. Many of the chapel families attended or even ran food and game booths. We turned the chapel into a theater and offered to all a viewing of animated movie “Prince of Egypt.” It was a real blessing to see us as the Body of Christ ministering to our neighbors and families. |

01/01 - New Year's Celebration at Ikoma's Friendly Hall This year the New Year began on a Sunday. What a better way to ring in the year than to celebrate all that the Lord has done and look to Him to continue to work in our lives this coming year! |
