 Bible Hour

Bible Hour is a time to hear a message based on Bible. The contents is authentic and easy to understand while not being stuffy. The messages are spoken in both Japanese and English. The interpretation is done with every sentence. So whether you know English or Japanese, all are freely welcomed to attend.

In addition, there is a time to sing before the message. Gospel songs and traditional praise songs are usually sung that can be enjoyed by all regardless of age. The majority of the song are sung in both Japanese and English and are accompanied by guitar, bass and piano.

Coffee Time / English Corner / Q&A Corner

After the service, coffee and tea is served with a few snacks. This is a great time for meaningful conversations with others at Chapel. Also, feel free to use this time to talk with the preacher about his Bible Hour message along with any doubts or troubles you have with the Bible.

Ikoma Chapel (Morning): During this time there will be a Question & Answer Corner available for non-Christians who would like to ask the preacher questions about his Bible Hour message (or any other questions related to the Bible, Christianity, etc.).

Kyoto Chapel (Morning): During this time there is a 30-minute "English Corner" program where all who are interested can gather and chat with each other and with native English speakers in an informal setting.
